"Have I gone MAD?"

Am I INSANE? Definitely.

As humans we ask ourselves that question every day.

What makes a person CRAZY?

• Convincing everyone that we went to a different world?
• Telling someone your daughter is being possessed by the devil?
• Seeing visions of people that are now gone?
• Never being able to shut the voices up in your head?
• Itching your skin until it falls off?
• Cutting people up and eating them because they taste good?
• Writing the same sentence over and over again for six months?
• Shoving a knife into your wife's throat and blaming it on your son?

All of these things we would define as CRAZY and completely INSANE.

But....that's just one side of being MAD.

We're people.
We do things that are just MENTAL.
For example.

• We (not everyone) push multiple children out our womb and look after each one for their whole life.
• We sacrifice our time for something we love that is probably really stupid.
• WE JUMP OUT OF A DAMN PLANE WITH NOTHING BUT A PARACHUTE! WHAT THE BLOODY HELL?!
• We cut and dye our hair into strange patterns and hues
• We wait in the freezing cold for 24 hours for the next overpriced phone that's being released
• We create our own imaginary friends
• We sleep with stuffed animals...................stuffed............animals
• People L.A.R.P...........that's just f*cking weird.
• We put cucumbers and mud on our face to "cleanse it"
• We shower with other people in a locker room
• .....................don't get me started on sex............
• We are asleep for more than half of our lives
• We want to grow
• We become different people
• We become inspired by different people and want to be just like them
• We dream
• We live

But, this is what makes us who we are.

 

Become MAD. Join the party. Just be HUMAN.
